The shift was completely incompetent this evening, March 7th, at 9:30 PM. Two tall guys in the kitchen and one girl behind the register. The order had been prepared for a long time and was waiting for someone to bag it (one glass of a drink). Neither worker did so. I asked the girl behind the register for help. She went and checked, said the order was ready but needed bagging, and then went back behind the register. This Starbucks is fine but is an example of everything that has gone wrong with this chain. The focus/speed of service is clearly on the drive through customers and the indoor, while spacious, is wasted. The indoor and outdoor seating could be so much better (quieter & cozier indoor + better seating shade and landscaping outdoors). Coffee is what it always is.
My order was wrong. Got a medium and got a small, and they used milk instead of the coconut and I suffer from Ibs….so want a refund. I would’ve stayed but I dropped by in between my client appointment. /:
