Why is this available on the starbucks app for mobile order if the building is for employees only?
I don’t usually get Starbucks but I go to this branch mainly because the workers are amazing Diana, Silvia, Juliana and last but not least Estéfano.
don’t go if you don’t have building access!!!
I ordered from the starbucks app and it led me to this location which is only for employees, so I couldn’t even get my drink that I already ordered and paid for. Horrible. Scammers. PERIOD!
Service is absolutely terrible. They make your drinks wrong almost every time. They don’t remove out of stock items off the app so you end up paying for an item that you don’t get. Diana the manager there is incredibly rude, the rest of the staff is pretty friendly
