Rude to busy on their phone while making drinks ! Unacceptable behavior and on a early busy morning in the airport. dark haired girl playing on her phone behind the equipment! When I asked a question about my drink she was extremely rude and loud. I guess its more important to sit on her phone then answer a customer! Sorry to have bothered the lady! the lady pulling dessert was efficient. Terminal C at the airport save your money unless you want to be treated like your a bother! !!!!
CONS: Overpriced drinks (almost $7 for a very small strawberry drink)and long wait times especially for the food as they only have one oven. Also there are no signs saying you will be automatically charged an extra "3% employee benefits & retention fee." Starbucks makes enough money. They should not be making customers pay extra for their employee's salary. PROS: NONE
They were rude at night shift definitely won’t be going back to this airport
The employees are extremely rude. I've never encountered such rude employees at a Starbucks before. They put my order in the wrong bag and didn't even inform me. Terrible place.
Miss Shanti girl must hate her job, just so extremely rude despite me being super friendly, just slightly confused about the menu & US coins. no wonder the rating is crap just like her attitude! staff who made my drink was kind tho.
