Waited about 20 minutes for my latte, asked twice whether it was in the queue, they said “yes” with an attitude. Turns out it wasnt even on the line and the shift manager helped me get my coffee. She was kind enough. But the regular staff - no thanks.

Leider sehr unfreundlich. Das Getränk war auch nicht so gut wie sonst. Normalerweise ist der Latte gut gemischt. Hier war unten nur brühend heißer Kaffee und oben Milchschaum. Da erwartet man mehr wenn der Kaffee 8 Dollar kostet.
Gets the job done. Polite and efficient staff. Definitely doesn’t deserve this rating
Employees were so rude. I inquired about my drink that was supposed to be done 10 minutes prior and employees had a nasty attitude and would not answer if they had received my order.
