There are 4 staff members and they clearly take their time just slowly go through their day while there was long wait from everyone. Slowly moving chat with each other ignore the customers wait for their drinks or try to catch their flight.
Employee coughed right into the cup as they were making my drink. Didn’t turn head or cover mouth. Didn’t discard that cup, just kept going like nothing happened. Catching my plane without a coffee.

I placed my order at 7:31 a.m. and was still waiting at 8:15 a.m. When I finally went to ask about the rest of my order, the employee working behind the counter responded by yelling and speaking to customers with visible frustration. While waiting, I noticed several people who ordered after me receiving their drinks and food before I did. It appeared that orders were not being managed or followed correctly on the order monitor.
