The ill mannered cashier serving could do with some major customer service training. I asked for a cappuccino and she snarked at me, “a what”.. hardly out of the ordinary when you serve coffee all day.. My coffee was then left sitting at the other end of the bar without having the decency to just say that my coffee was now ready. She then went on to snigger laughing with her colleague while watching me walk away. What a shame to end your holiday in the USA with such an incompetent person.
They have what you need. Its overpriced which is expected at the airport. Went up to look at prices and got shouted at that's it mobile order only. I say to her I'm just looking at the prices. Then I get a snarky response saying "Its exactly like it is on the app." I'm not a regular starbucks customer so I didn't have the app but if she didn't just straight up yell, I might have downloaded the app and ordered. Todas June 19, 2025 at terminal C of Newark airport at 5.43 am the employee with a name of Nyanna showed a bad aptitude after be waiting for some time and ask her for my coffee.
Walk in, no customers. Employee leaning on counter. “Hi can I have…” “This location is mobile order only…”
Wouldn’t take card as payment.
