Employee coughed right into the cup as they were making my drink. Didn’t turn head or cover mouth. Didn’t discard that cup, just kept going like nothing happened. Catching my plane without a coffee.

I placed my order at 7:31 a.m. and was still waiting at 8:15 a.m. When I finally went to ask about the rest of my order, the employee working behind the counter responded by yelling and speaking to customers with visible frustration. While waiting, I noticed several people who ordered after me receiving their drinks and food before I did. It appeared that orders were not being managed or followed correctly on the order monitor. The worst Starbucks at Newark Airport Terminal C; the employees have no empathy, are rude, and provide poor service.
Disappointing experience. The drink wasn't good, and the staff were quite unpleasant. Also, the salted cream top was extremely sweet instead of salty 1 June, 10:30 am
When we ask for non dairy milk its not to be “extra” some of us are allergic to regular milk.
