I stopped by the Starbucks near Gate C84 in Terminal C at Newark Airport and had a very disappointing experience. There was only one person ahead of me in line, and two employees behind the counter, but I waited about ten minutes without even being acknowledged. Hands down the worst Starbucks coffee I’ve ever had. It tasted burnt and like straight milk with barely any coffee flavor. I asked for a new drink, and it tasted just as bad. Absolutely disgusting — waste of money.

Staff is super slow and unfriendly. Also how are you gonna say “Mobile Order only” and then only have it work if you’re from the US / have a phone from the US?

Cx service here is abysmal. Not one of the 4 employees said "hi," gave any semblance of eye contact, and tried to say as little as possible. I hate that I always tip... Why even have this option? You do not provide any kind of cx service, kindness, or even talk to the ppl you are providing service to? Maybe work in a lab, have your own business, or work in an environment where you don't need to interact with ppl. I also got a non-toasted, soggy bacon sandwich where the bread was broken and messy to eat
