This is my favorite of eight locations in Gilroy. The baristas and manager are wonderful. It feels good to walk in and be called by name by most of the crew.
Terrible experience at drive-thru! Ordered a Salted Caramel Iced Latte with light ice, got a Caramel Cold Brew instead. Went inside to get it fixed — staff seemed annoyed, remade it with tons of ice and something bitter I couldn’t even drink. Total waste of money and energy. Extremely disappointed. Please fix your service and train staff to take basic orders seriously. Thanks !
These ppl hate their jobs and if you ask for extra whip they won’t give it to you!
