Waited 15 min for drinks when it wasn’t busy. Cup sat under Pike machine most of that time because no one pressed the button for it to brew. Get on the road and my white mocha is a mocha 👎
I arrived on March 11 at 10 AM. The female employee prepared my lavender latte, but it was far too hot and it burned me. Also they gave me a cold croissant ( I ordered warm )
