Starbucks card required to order mobile
Never seen such a disorganized mess in my life … four employees and nobody is making drinks - one is messing with the register while two watch and the other is idly restocking lids while there’s a line of 20+ people waiting to order and many more waiting for the drink. Avoid at all costs
Can take 30 minutes to get a simple coffee
Very disappointing service. We ordered three drinks, and one of them took over 20 minutes to arrive. Staff only checked whether it had been made, then left us waiting without any explanation. We had to ask again before they finally prepared it. Overall, the service was inefficient and frustrating.
Asked for a venti double chocolate chip and recieve milk with ice or idk what you call this I don't even see the chocolate chips or any chocolate
