I have been a Starbucks client since the beginning. I was at the Starbucks Terminal B for gate 46 at LaGuardia Airport. I am very saddened to say this is by very far the worst experience I have ever experienced at any Starbucks anywhere. Very long lines to get very overpriced airport basic drinks. I do not blame the employees. They are overwhelmed because there is no system in place for such a high traffic location like
Mocha didn't have name so waited long time Ordered almond on app but didn't have! Update the app!!
This place had terrible reviews but so do all the other coffee places in the airport so I didn’t have high hopes. After sleeping in the airport thanks to Southwest, the coffee and service were excellent.
Just horrible service. I didn’t even receive my drink after 20+ minutes of waiting while others behind me had gotten theirs. Staff was dismissive and rude
