No sense of urgency whatsoever. I placed my order at 1:07 and was told at 1:33 that they didn’t have the item I wanted. That’s absolutely unacceptable. Let alone the amount of times they complain when people talk about the wait time. I would assume a store located in a train station would understand that the people that shop there are often in a hurry. Save your money and go elsewhere.
The staff are fast and friendly.
Want to miss your train? Come here! Put an order in 25 minutes before our train. The barista took so long that we had to give up on our drinks entirely and run to the track so we wouldn’t get left behind. Incredibly slow service, especially for a transit hub location. Waste of money.
Rude staff on multiple trips here. Better off walking down to the one down the street on campus. Water down coffee this last visit. I can read through the liquid.
