Ordering ahead, to have to still wait 15+ minutes for your order is absolutely ridiculous. I inquired about my order several times and was told “it’s coming right out” when it hadn’t even been started. I specifically chose the option for the egg to be removed from my breakfast sandwich just for it to be made WITH the egg. When I said something I wasn’t acknowledged and they proceeded to take off the already cooked egg off the sandwich. I asked for a refund. No sense of urgency whatsoever. I placed my order at 1:07 and was told at 1:33 that they didn’t have the item I wanted. That’s absolutely unacceptable. Let alone the amount of times they complain when people talk about the wait time. I would assume a store located in a train station would understand that the people that shop there are often in a hurry. Save your money and go elsewhere.
