A Starbucks at a travel hub not a great idea , just purchased a small green tea. Did not get a hot small green tea in under sixteen mins had to leave without my item.
When this location came to Penn Station, I thought this would be a great add and extremely helpful in my morning commutes into New York. Like most commuters, there's always a sense of urgency! Every time I place an order here, no matter what time of day, I have a 20 minute wait for a drink. It's ridiculous! I am writing this on behalf of my spouse who had a very upsetting experience at this Starbucks location. The store was dirty and had a foul odor that made the environment extremely unpleasant. To make matters worse, the cashier was rude and unprofessional. While my spouse was trying to decide between two drinks, the cashier impatiently said in a nasty tone, "What do you want?"
