Worse service ever. Every time I go they always have an attitude, once they told my friend she had to pay for whipped cream when it’s literally free, you ask for cold foam they never add it to the drink even though it is an extra charge. I asked for cold foam on my drink, they didn’t add it, when I went to tell them about it the guy there gave me a nasty attitude, the drink was overflown and he refused to change the lid, which was extremely unsanitary. Great customer service!
Worse Starbucks ever! The cashier had a nasty attitude rolling her eyes and I was surprised that they had such a rude individual working in customer service. The drink was basically water money lost because I would have been better off buying a water bottle. 12/04/24 @6:00pm
