Really pleasant surprise at the water front. Taking a ferry from and back to Midtown West on a fast ferry, which is only 30 min ride, and landing on Staten Island, seeing Starbucks … It is huge inside, nice decor, the baristas are busy, and people are coming and going, and waiting for a boat next to a coffee. Nice. Haagen-Dazs ice cream is almost next door. Those are really great sales people, and their ice cream has intense flavor. Nice in summer. This Starbucks is only open till 7 pm, pity. Bei der Bestellung eines Java Frappuccino erhielt ich einen kleinen Strohhalm. Bereits beim ersten Schluck verfing sich ein Schokostück darin und ich konnte nichts mehr trinken. Als ich nach einem dickeren Strohhalm fragte, wurde ich darauf hinzuwiesen, dass die dicken Strohhalme nur für Bubblegetränke wären und ich in den Strohhalm pusten solle. I just got off the ferry and went to fill my water canister at the outlet but it was out of order. So i popped into Starbucks and I asked a sweet lady ( I think her name was Sam of Samantha) if I could get water and showed her my Starbucks app as I am a member and she graciously gave me water with ice. I am grateful to her cause I was bordering on dehydration. I promised I would review this from two Saturdays ago because she is a lifesaver. They don’t pay attention to the Order they always on the phone bad service I love Starbucks but I will never go back there anymore if I ask for a vent you give me a small you think I should the difference nope
2nd in line waited 5 minutes before ordering. Only had 2 breakfast sandwiches available. Then didn’t have any selection of hot coffee. Only Dark Roast and it was old and cold. $5.60 for a grande Luke warm at best shit cup of coffee. Oh and a homeless person taking up the corner of the seating area with carts of junk. I’ll never visit this location again
