They are the slowest clumsiest baristas you will ever have the displeasure of meeting. Two baristas struggling more than 10 minutes to make three simple drinks, two lates and a hit black coffee, then taking another 8 to take my order and make a damn americano. On top of the fact you can’t order ahead this place is for tourist with no taste and plenty of time to waste needing access to WiFi.
Imani, Amani, Nukiya are the only reason I visit this starbucks almost everyday. Always warm and friendly. They actually know my name how I like my coffee. That kind of customer service is far and few in between these days. I’ve gone to other starbucks for years and they treat you like they’ve never seen you before.
Nice place on the promenade
Good spot and employees are friendly. Pretty clean compared to rest of the Starbucks been to. Got brownie and chocolate chip cookies warmed as well and it was good.
