Fraps made well!
Visiting NYC and staying at a hotel nearby this location. Decided to run into this Starbucks for morning coffee. I believe the young lady name was, Vicky. Let me just say, one of the worst experiences I’ve had at Starbucks. Vicky didn’t speak AT ALL(we spoke with high energy), wasn’t welcoming, body language was so unapproachable and just didn’t seem interested in helping us. I mean, didn’t even crack a smile……. An actual crime. Half of the cup is filled with ice… for light ice. That’s after letting it sit for 1 hour while waiting in line.
