Was served a FROZEN double smoked bacon sandwich and they do not honor the STARBUCKS policy of giving you a free coffee refill with gold card membership. Manager Maureen was absolutely rude and had a horrible attitude! She said they are not part of Starbucks and won’t honor the worldwide policy! The worst place to buy coffee and the worst workers I was standing there and no one came to the register to attend the customers and they just focus on doing order to take out all of them
