I arrived at this Starbucks at 7:20 PM. Online it says the store closes at 8:00 PM, but the staff told me it was already closed. I walked 10 minutes to get here, and it was very disappointing to be turned away before the listed closing time. If the hours have changed, please update them online. Otherwise, I hope the staff is reminded to honor the posted schedule. Thank you.
Again closed before posted 8 PM! WHAT'S WITH THAT! PLEASE UPDATE YOUR HOURS OF OPERATION! Stop wasting my time. What's with the curse words from one of the male associates replying to a female associate engaging with her cell phone? Doesn't Starbucks give professional training to their employees prior to actually working? What's with the expletives?
I made a purchase of a cold brew salted caramel latte… it Tasted like ice and water. No coffee, whatsoever! I am very disappointed. They used to make it nice. What happened?
HORRIBLE! Baristas are so nasty and have such an attitude. They are not willing to help out customers without snapping back with a rude reply. I have complained multiple times about this specific location and nothing changes. Change your attitude and while your at it find a job that suits your disgusting behavior.
