12/16/2025. What's with the Starbucks guy stating to us in the sitting area, "You have two minutes to leave!". What's with that?? We are not preK kids! Theresa, Diane, Nick, and all the new team members are just naturally kind people, not just following a company policy. They’re always there with a smile and a delicious matcha every time
On google maps it says they are open until 8, we came 10 minutes before and just for them to say they’re closed. Pure disappointment.
I arrived at this Starbucks at 7:20 PM. Online it says the store closes at 8:00 PM, but the staff told me it was already closed. I walked 10 minutes to get here, and it was very disappointing to be turned away before the listed closing time. If the hours have changed, please update them online. Otherwise, I hope the staff is reminded to honor the posted schedule. Thank you.
