Redeemed some stars to get a drink think morning, showed up 2 min after order was placed on the app, there was a drink sitting behind the pickup shelves with the letters, so only an employee can see what the drink or tag is. Waited 5-6 minutes for my drink to be made thinking I came in too early, all while the barista was making drinks and placing them on the pick up shelves. I know this is a s chain store but TBH the service here beats out most restaurants. The food and/or drinks don't take long. Everyone is polite respectful and they have amazing memory. EDIT: While the staff is never rude and I'd say like a 9 out of 10 friendly what makes this a 4* is there multiple tables but no access to a bathroom and while it may not matter for most I'd urge you to reconsider yours standards for these reason what if you have a pregnant wife or a child or even a medical condition where you can't wait long i... read more
I’ve been drinking Starbucks for years. I just bought an iced latte at this location, and I have to say — the quality has really gone downhill. The taste wasn’t as good as it used to be, and the cup was poorly made. The lid didn’t even close properly, and it ended up spilling all over my car while I was driving. I paid $7 for the coffee, and now I’m out over $100 for a car wash and cleanup. I’m honestly speechless. Starbucks seriously needs to revamp its operations — at the very least, improve the quality of the cups
Johanna seemed to mistaken a mocha for a matcha glad they remade it but with such an attitude. Hope Johanna’s day gets better mistakes happen
