Bad customer services & rude behavior with customer totally ridiculous

They make the Worst lattes. I go here against my better judgment just because it's close to where I take the train and every time I'm disappointed. Usually, I'll just take it and go but today I had to get my money back cause enough is enough. A latte is too high of the price for it to be that bad every time.
They keep lying to their customers, claiming the bathroom is “out of service” even though they use it themselves. It’s pure laziness — they just don’t want the extra responsibility. It’s also illegal to deny customer restroom access when a business has more than 16 seats and a functioning bathroom. This isn’t the first time I’ve seen Starbucks employees do this.
