I ordered an iced vanilla latte and got an Americano. When I said it’s not my drink, I was taken back to the cash register and had to wait to pay. I was waiting for 10 min more Maybe if they had been more focused on service than conversation, they wouldn't have mixed up the order. Very dirty
남자 직원분이 너무 친절해요!!! 제가 귀국하는 날 마지막으로 방문한 곳이었는데, 음료를 다 마시고 나갈때 손을 흔들어 주시면서 "have a nice day"라고 말해줬어요. 별 거 아닌 인사가 저에게는 잊지 못할 순간이 되었어요. 감사합니다 😊 The male staff is very kind!!! The last time I visited on the day I returned to my country, they waved to me as I left after finishing my coffee and said "have a nice day"The small greeting became an unforgettable moment for me. Thank you😊
Came in today to get an email out and enjoy a Matcha. Chris and the staff were amazing hospitality getting thru a ruff day. Thank you kindly for the smiles 😊
