This is the second time I fell the need to leave a bad review, teach your employees how to make a mocha frappuccino, again undrinkable, this time there was chocolate chunks in it. If the employee does not know how to make say so and I will not get one or pull out a recipe. I am done with paying so much money for a drink I can't drink.
