Always friendly and efficient
Staffs is unprofessional, they’re so confusing with all the promotions.
Kazan is by far the worst barista/lead at any starbucks I've ever attended. Broken/uncleaned machines, constantly calling out last minute leaving her other baristas scrambling to clean up after her. Absolutely horrible service and even worse beverages.
Friendly fast and yummy coffee. Can't really ask for more. My daughter asks for "extra love" in her cocoa and they always make sure to include it. :)
