The worst customer service ever | told them my coupon barcode is expiring in 10 minutes and they told me to wait even though I told them my barcode was expiring and by the time I got to the front the barcode expired!
Horrible service. I work close by and I rather walk to rego park Starbucks since they are attentive and give you a bag etc for your huge order. Staff needs training as many of give you rudest attitude and worst service here. The last time I was here on my lunch break my order was taken by someone and i had to persistently ask for a new order and wait for them to heat up a new wrap.
Sorry, you really ask for a purchase for a glass of water? Automatic 1 star
they were very kind and I get my drinks fast
