I went this morning 6/27/26 at 10:20am to order three small White Chocolate Mochas with half sweetness, but the employees made them extra sweet instead. They were also very rude. It was a disappointing experience.
Service always fast. Was greeted by a young gal at window with blonde hair and she made my day x10 better by the laughs I needed. Very beautiful as well. Will be back most definitely.
The quality went tremendously down. I’m sick of paying $8-9 for watered or straight up milk. I can’t even tell if it’s the baristas fault or Starbucks ingredient quality went down. Today was any drink for $3 and I ended up paying for $6.45 on top of that coupon. I also had them redo it because they’re constantly inconsistent. I’m incredibly disappointed as I will no longer buy drinks here ever again..
First time ordering this drink and noticed they didn’t add the strawberry puree ok fine… now just checking my receipt and saw they charged me extra for it. Seriously!
