Extremely slow service, constantly messing up drink orders. I'd drive across the street to Dutch.
Was having a crummy Yesterday, so I asked for lite ice, got ice up to the brim. Paid $8 for 3 gulps of matcha from a venti. Tried to redeem this place and my morning today by ordering a hot Chai latte with salted caramel cold foam... paid $6 & got a plain hot water with cold foam. This location is officially ruined. Going back to supporting local shops that care for your business 😑
