11 bucks for the worst made banana bread matcha with the most apathetic service. Congratulations on really not giving a crap about what a beverage tastes like. I mean Starbucks is mostly sugar so you have to commit extra hard to get it to taste like dishwater, and I get Times Square sucks and no one wants to be longer than they need to but it is no excuse to serve what I cannot even qualify as any of the ingredients listed in the drink. I had a breakfast for a busy day there (a strawberry açaí lemonade plus egg and pesto sandwich). The sandwich was small and tasted “meh” for its expensive price, but I really did enjoy the lemonade drink. However, the building itself is terribly crowded. There are many waiting to order or picking up their drinks so I’d recommend arriving early. They got my name wrong, although I suppose that’s the expectation for baristas (no offense to you all, you’re very lovely, but I have heard of many wrong names).

Don’t usually leave reviews, but had a bad experience this morning at this Starbucks. I got there around 5:50am tried the door, and it was locked. I was told by the employees they open at 6:00 a.m. I patiently waited outside. While I was waiting outside, I could tell one of the employees inside was annoyed I was there early and giving me dirty looks. Once it hit 6:00am.
