Waiting 30 minutes in line then 30 minutes for our order. Wasn’t even that many people in front of us. Customer service was awful, no one was attentive.
I had a frustrating experience at this Starbucks location. The cashier, an Indian guy working at the counter, took a very long time with my order and seemed disorganized. It ended up taking much longer than usual to pay, and to make things worse, I was charged twice for the same drink. The service definitely needs improvement — customers shouldn’t have to deal with delays or billing mistakes.
