They are the slowest Starbucks I’ve ever experienced. I even pre order my drinks.
Out of 3 Nitro Brew cold brew coffees, I did not get a single 1 that tasted the same. The first morning it was very good. That was on 7/2. The 2 I got today was both different, and not very good. I didn't get the right lids for my kids drinks. I asked for a regular lid, and was told that's all we have. Yet yesterday they had thr regular lids on them.
