This Starbucks may be confused with a different location on Maps. We ordered an iced peppermint mocha and it was great. Store faces 32nd St just east of 7th Ave. I think the ratings should be higher. Roomy setting and staff were very nice.

I went there yesterday, Sunday, Jun 22, 2025 between 4:35 - 4:45pm and had such a horrible costumer service. I politely asked for the refund of my order so that I could pay with the gift card I won, 1) the young girl who made the refund was not polite at all, she was rude, and seemed unhappy to be doing the service for me. 2) I was waiting for my croissant and nothing, I had to go to them and ask why it was taking so long and they simply forgot my order (wonderful, huh?) 3) While I was eating, I noticed another employee talk... read more

Don’t order here! They take longer than a restaurant order!! I order my coffee at least 15 min in advance and even with all this time they don’t have it ready. I have left two orders before because I have to go to my train. I only order here to use up a gift card but is a complete waste of time

I ordered a coffee from Starbucks in Penn Station—just a coffee. Fifteen minutes later, I asked a guy working behind the bar if he could check on the status of my order. He told me no, he was busy, and apologized. I spend $60 a week at Starbucks, but not anymore. This happened on Thursday afternoon, May 15th. The guy was wearing a black wool winter cap. Starbucks has really fallen off."

The level of service across most of the Manhattan Starbucks is poor. Aside from the lack of urgency (in a train station), most crews don't seem to be particularly service oriented. Today's experience was no different, which clearly is on me for expecting it to change. I ordered oatmeal and then get on the train and there's no spoon in the bag. The processes and workflows are broken. I will move on and support a business that values me as a customer.
