I have no expectations of a great experience at an airport or train station coffee shop. I was delighted with the genuinely friendly staff that cheerfully took my order… and then delivered one of the best Chai Lattes I’ve ever had! Thank you to a great team… super friendly here :)
Here every two weeks, I hit this spot before taking NJ Transit for a Iced Matcha Latte, Chai Tea with Oatmilk or anything in season. Staff is always pleasant, friendly and fast. No complaints, everything is fresh!!!!
Entered establishment and went up to intake attendant and they were chatting w other employees and couldn't be bothered to look up and greet us for several minutes. Like he was an amazing dj and couldn't be bothered to service us. Whos training these guys? Very unwelcoming and terrible service. Still mad I didn't walk out. 😒
