I am writing to share my recent experience at your Starbucks location, which was quite disappointing. On Tuesday, March 25th, 2025, I pre-ordered a hot macchiato, a breakfast falafel, and a cheese danish through the drive-thru. Upon arriving at the window, I noticed a cold drink and informed the staff that this was not my order. After confirming my name, I was told they could make my drink hot. i have just doordashed from here because i had a major surgery on monday. I ordered a yogurt and they didnt have it in stock and refused to replace it and decided to “refund” me. i dont want a refund. i just had surgery and now i cant just doordash for a second time im not a millionaire. i literally come here 3-4 times a week and am so mad i dont think i will be going back. i cannot leave my house to go get something else im recovering from surgery. no compassion im so upset. and i never got my refund. i hope starbucks enjoy... read more
Gets very crowded inside and out and parking is usually a struggle. Other than that it's just like a Starbucks.
