Every time I go the staff are always plesent and they make my latte perfect Every time .
The service here was excellent. The food I ordered was good. My drink came out just right. This is an excellent Starbucks.
It is a severe weather extreme heat watch today here is North Phoenix. This location denied a courtesy water cup without purchase. It very empty, hardly any customers. The gal said Starbuck’s policy is -No water without purchase. Wow! The gas stations are happy to oblige!!
Staff is extremely rude here. I’m not one to leave bad reviews but I was pretty upset I should’ve just ordered on the app to avoid seeing such upset employees that seem to hate people and their jobs. I asked the ladies making the drinks if I could bother them for an iced water and they just looked at me and said yeah in a very bothered tone.
