Just absolute horrible service. I’m happy employees who don’t want to be here taking it out on the customers. I wouldn’t bother going here. Not worth your time.
I placed an order through the app, and it was ready when I walked in despite it being busy that morning. My order was perfect!
I know you guys are doing your best, but please try staffing extra people during conferences. A 30 minute wait for a drink is crazy.
When asked to fix an incorrect order, the barista told me that she was too busy and stopped acknowledging that I was even there. Very sad. I had to throw the whole 7 dollar coffee away because it was extremely too sweet.
Being so close to the convention center, they had A LOT of traffic this morning. Yes, it took a lot longer thank we'd hoped, but the workers are amazing and got all of our orders right in the midst of all of the chaos! Just plan a lot of extra time during big conventions... even more than you think!
