When asked to fix an incorrect order, the barista told me that she was too busy and stopped acknowledging that I was even there. Very sad. I had to throw the whole 7 dollar coffee away because it was extremely too sweet.
Being so close to the convention center, they had A LOT of traffic this morning. Yes, it took a lot longer thank we'd hoped, but the workers are amazing and got all of our orders right in the midst of all of the chaos! Just plan a lot of extra time during big conventions... even more than you think!
Stephanie and Raquel were awesome. This was my first time ever having Starbucks and I am very impressed with their recommendations and also with their courtesy. If I ever come back to New Orleans, I will check them out.
Jordan was awesome. The staff is friendly and inviting. I waited out the rain with the grandbaby and they ensured we were comfortable.
