The staff here are amazing, love the baristas. However I have now witnessed the manager speaking incredibly rudely to an employee, in front of customers, on multiple occasions. I don't ever see her actually helping the team when it's busy, only being rude to them. If I continue to see it, I may reach out to a district or regional manager. I stopped to grab the managers card after the last incident, attached it here. This is the worst run Starbucks, go to State street instead.
Slow disorganized service. They are not able to cope with morning customer surge, 15-minutes to get simple 1 item order. Seems staff are not trained, they mean well, are courteous but when you are paying $5 for a coffee and tipping $1 don’t expect to wait 15 minutes.
