This Starbucks is hands down the worst I've ever been to! Not only is the manager incredibly rude and disrespectful to her staff, but she also constantly micromanages them. As of what I seen On top of that, I've overheard them talking badly about customers, and the manager herself has a truly nasty attitude. They seriously need to hire someone new to run this place. In regard to Tracy Davis' review, I too, was at this Starbucks location during this time. She only has written this review because she was unhappy with the time that she waited (which was not that long). Each of the staff, including the manager, was pleasant and extremely accommodating, especially toward Tracy, as she only huffed and puffed with her nasty attitude that was felt throughout the cafe. One star. I was at this Starbucks on the morning shift, around 9 AM on July 11, 2026, and witnessed the manager treat her employees very poorly. The store was slammed — lots of customers and mobile orders piling up. The employees working the counter were doing a great job, staying kind and on top of everything despite being clearly overwhelmed. I've been to this store a few times and the manager there is awful to the employees. I can only imagine how nasty she treats them when there aren't customers around. I won't be returning there.
This store is so beautiful inside and out. The service is amazing and the partners are so caring. Things have truly changed for the better at this store!
