I’m not sure what’s been going on with this Starbucks recently. I’ve been coming here for years with no problem until recently. The past 4 times I’ve ordered online I come through the drive through and they’ve been forgetting key components to my drink. I don’t realize until I drive off and it’s too late. I’ve ordered the smores cold brew twice now. Both times they forget to add 3 ingredients. How do you forget that?? If they don’t have it they should let it be known.
The service I received at this Starbucks today around 1:15 PM was disappointing. One employee was dismissive when I tried to ask a question and did not acknowledge me, even though he appeared to be available. Thankfully, his colleague stepped in and assisted me with what I needed. I understand that busy moments happen, but customers should still be treated with basic courtesy and respect. This kind of dismissive attitude is not the level of customer service I expect from Starbucks employees.
