Food is good but today was my last day eating here because of this
I was very disappointed with my recent experience. Which is a shame because this is the best starbucks I have been to. My husband ordered a latte, and the cup was not filled all the way. When we asked about it, the barista, Nina, responded by saying, “Oh, the milk just sinks.” While I understand that explanation might apply to a cappuccino, a latte is primarily milk and microfoam, so that response didn’t make sense. Great coffee and hot chocolate!
Starbucks coffee is basically the same at all Starbucks, but it is THE PEOPLE that make it special. This Starbucks has this kind of people. They are patient, kind, and helpful. Sometimes I have a very particular order, and they are always willing to make it right and to do it again if I am not happy. They greet everyone who walks in with a friendly hello, and they NEVER blame the customer (me). The customer service here is insane. As soon as a customer walks in, the team greets them at the door super bubbly. The employees also work with each other really well. It's nice to see!
