Update - almost a month later still gross and unkept. Dirty... and slow service. Can't use the app at this location, the employees don't seem to be Starbucks. And the Giant Eagle employees use the area as a break room so forget about relaxing with a drink... And food is left behind on tables and never cleaned and the trash overflows regularly. If I'm going to spend money for a premium drink it wouldn't be at this location.
Unfriendly, no eye contact, aloof workers on Saturday before Christmas. First time for me...never again. Wow!

I've been going to this location for a LONG time.....Some friendly feedback.. Please STOP with the "pour overs" they are NOT good!!!!
