The waiting is unbelievable I ordered at 10:12 and until 10:50 I was able to get my order
Kinda rude. I order the oat milk shaken espresso every time I go to a Starbucks. With no ice. Some franchises honor it, some don’t. No big deal. The barista made a suggestion instead. I said sure, but when I got the drink I was surprised with how little the cup. Was not a good suggestion to my drink, so I said that. I want a drink, not a shot of espresso with flavor in it. Typically go to this location out of convenience. I ordered in the drive thru line. They always point out the tip before paying which is annoying. I usually give a tip to be courteous, not out of getting great service. I ordered an iced latte, took a sip to find it had vanilla syrup in it. I pulled around and went inside. Saw the gentleman that gave me the drinks and mentioned it had vanilla syrup. He remarked was, “no it doesn’t”. I had to point out on the order label on the cup that syrup was indeed added.
