HUGE shoutout to Justin (working the register) and the team at this location. They are always hard working and efficient but today I want to single out the customer service. I was waiting for my coffee and it did not show up in the Mobile Pickup. I walked up to Justin and realized I sent the order to another location. Justin just looked at me and said with a BIG smile "no problem sir, we will make you another one". It compelled me to buy something else just so I could leave them a nice tip. Store manger should be fired. After I heard him cuss out a customer for asking for extra creamer.
Terrible customer service from a manger. Told me I couldn’t add creamer to my coffee, and told me “next time” to make changes in my app, and told me he wouldn’t make me a new coffee. Worst customer service ever.
I ordered a mobile order for pickup at the counter. Well my bagel was done before my coffee so I grabbed it and started putting the butter on it while waiting. I was then told not to grab my order until all of it was complete when I went to grab my coffee. Which was weird because if you didn’t want me to grab my order why put it on the counter where the to go stuff is. Maybe put up a divider if that’s how you want to do it and not scold customers and try to embarrass them.
If I could give zero I would. They never make the drinks right even after asking multiple times. Very friendly people though
