yall really had the audacity to get the size of my drink wrong and then put a HEART next to it.
This used to be my favorite Starbucks! I’m not sure what has happened to this Starbucks in the last month or so but the staff is incredibly rude. I’ve noticed new faces and it’s not the old crew. Horrible customer service. Messing up orders is somehow the customers fault..? Waited inside for over 25mins for 1 drink.
Manager has the courage and Business acumen to be open during the storm. Providing coffee and food for customers while all other coffee and bagel shops are shut down!
This location needs to get a grip. Rude, bad attitudes… Plz follow the recipe and let go of the attitude.
