I went inside to order a coffee before 11:00am per instructions on the Starbucks app in order to receive bonus points. I stood at the counter for several minutes while 5 people behind the counter stood and looked at me waiting and the young lady working the register maneuvered putting a bagel in the oven/cooker and prepped an oatmeal, all while talking on her earbuds to someone about her sister (I could hear the conversation). Everything went exactly as expected which what you want. Customer order was made perfectly.
Ordered on the app. When we got there the inside was closed due to short staffing so we had to wait in the drive through to PICK UP our mobile order. Logically doesn’t make sense. Either shut off mobile ordering or open the inside to pick up and don’t take orders from inside. Literally does not make any sense.
