I order Starbucks several times a week. This is by far the worst experience I’ve had and it’s been over multiple days. The service is atrocious. Worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to.
Don’t open on time and staff doesn’t care
We went here recently and ordered an iced latte with whole milk. The barista kept saying "oat milk" and we kept clarifying that we wanted whole milk. We got the drink and the label still said "oat milk". We asked for a remake after clarifying that we were asking for whole milk whilr ordering and were met with a huge eye roll and a bigger sour attitude from both baristas.
