I frequently order from this starbucks online, but today I didn't because the last time I placed an order online, it was taken by someone and it was a hassle to get them to remake my order. Today I watched an employee grab my drink order ticket, put it on a cup, place it on the back counter and proceed to make 2 other drinks that had been ordered after mine. They really have to work on their staff, not everyone has bad service but mostly all the team. Today I went to order a non dairy coffee, which I clearly saw the barista made it with whole milk and not oat milk as I paid. I told her as soon as she gave me the coffee and lied that it was done with oat milk but it wasn’t.
