Refused my baby a pup cup on his birthday(he was in his customized bday outfit so I’m sad) and told me I couldn’t buy a cup of water because that’s not considered a “real drink”!! WHEN DID THE PUREST FORM OF BEVERAGE THAT KEEPS US ALIVE NOT CONSIDERED A DRINK?! I literally don’t drink coffee and only get breakfast SOMETIMES here but I was hyped up by a friend to go because Starbucks does this for pups. Well I’ll just go make him a pup cup. It’s nothing but whipped cream in a cup anyways.
Last servicing was a bad experience since 2 people acted as if they didnt wanted to be there, also to NOT accept my Cup "since they cant Touch it" - so i brought it with me for nothing. Well im not buying cups just for the Show to leave them at home ! Other then that it was ok, and coffee as its starbucks taste good.
Needed that! Road trip mode!
This review is solely for your employee Kennedy! I’ve had a few bad experiences at this location with other staff members but she is truly a ray of light! Every time I get her at the drive thru she is so kind and I know I’ll be taken care of. She’s given me compliments, commented on how cute my dogs are, etc. Today while I was waiting for my order she asked me all about which dog was the best behaved, talked about her own German shepherd… it’s so refreshing for a “fast food” employee to be so personable and human in a world ... read more
