Why was your store closed @ 7:40pm on a Monday night. This is total BS. Managers and the night shift person should be terminated. That’s roughly 100 to 200 dollars lost in revenue. I know for a fact that I would be written up or terminated if I ever pulled a stunt like this. NOT HAPPY!!!! especially when I was going to purchase two large drinks, a banana loaf and a pumpkin loaf and a pound of coffee. That’s roughly 37.00 to 44.00 dollars lost in revenue for the company. Great job whoever runs this store.
Refused my baby a pup cup on his birthday(he was in his customized bday outfit so I’m sad) and told me I couldn’t buy a cup of water because that’s not considered a “real drink”!! WHEN DID THE PUREST FORM OF BEVERAGE THAT KEEPS US ALIVE NOT CONSIDERED A DRINK?! I literally don’t drink coffee and only get breakfast SOMETIMES here but I was hyped up by a friend to go because Starbucks does this for pups. Well I’ll just go make him a pup cup. It’s nothing but whipped cream in a cup anyways.
Last servicing was a bad experience since 2 people acted as if they didnt wanted to be there, also to NOT accept my Cup "since they cant Touch it" - so i brought it with me for nothing. Well im not buying cups just for the Show to leave them at home ! Other then that it was ok, and coffee as its starbucks taste good.
Needed that! Road trip mode!
