I GO TO THIS STARBUCKS ALMOST EVERY OTHER MORNING. THE BARISTA MADE MY DRINK WRONG. I GET TO WORK, AND TOOK A SIP..WASN'T WHAT I ORDERED, SO I WENT BACK, ASKED FOR A REMAKE, AND HER RESPONSE WAS. this location needs to start marking items out of stock on their app if they do not have it. it’s a little annoying ordering something just to be told they are out then have to be dragged to another counter and waste more time to get a refund. i order ahead for a reason, so i can grab and go but i can’t do that if i have to go refund part of my order because of the negligence to mark an item out of stock. i checked on the app 20 minutes afterwards if they switched it to out of stock, but they did not so i just fully believe ... read more
