The barista was really rude to me and he took about 30 minutes to get my drinks. Honestly, I buy here because is closer to my house, but I don’t like to feel disrespected at a place like Starbucks
I have been to 100s of Starbucks across the US, and to most of the ones in this area. While this is not the most disgusting store in the US, it definitely is the most disgusting I've ever been to when visiting Tennessee. I'll start by saying that this place is clearly suffering from extremely poor management and understaffing, but that shouldn't be an excuse for letting your establishment look like a pigsty. Does ordering a Caramel Macchiato at Hind Talib mean I’m forced to have just hot water with no flavor? I do not recommend this location
This is now the third time in few months that they haven't sent my Iced Coffee. It has happened a few times already, but I called to see if I could order my Iced Coffee via Uber Eats, and—at that very moment—they closed, even though the app was still allowing orders. A very poor experience at this location in 2026.
