Absolutely awful. I order 10 minutes ahead in a rush and I see the workers standing around not making my order at all. I tell them I’m waiting on a food item and they still just stand around and even left the area. I had to leave without it and I’m very disappointed. Without fail every time I’ve came here I’ve had to ask for my food to be made and 5 minutes after I’ve originally put my order in they start making it is good time. Terrible time management and terrible service.
This store has gotten worse it's takes 30 minutes to get my order completed even if I come inside. And the drive thru is worse. The staff needs more training because they're several workers here so no excuse for being shot staffed. As much as I pay on a weekly basis please do better
This morning sept 12,2025 was no customer service at all. This my favorite spot to stop before work. This morning made me feel like l was not wanted.. what happened to the other staff with the good vibes …..
I really wish I could give this place a 3.8. The first or two 5 STARS! I would go out of my way to come to this location. At that time, efficient, quick, friendly--everything you'd expect from a well-run Starbucks. But...as of late, I have been disappointed. Extremely long wait times on my last two visits have me wondering if there was a change in management. My order is so basic (Grande Pike coffee) that it doesnt make sense for it to take so long!
I set waiting on service for 20 min to be turned away because they wouldn't except cash . So I was refused service
