I had an issue with my coffee being made incorrectly and Dally went above and beyond to remake my coffee. This Starbucks is blessed to have someone like him.
I waited over 20 minutes for a hot chai latte even though only one customer was ahead of me. During that time, the person preparing drinks and the person directing orders changed several times, and my order did not seem to be communicated properly each time. Customers who ordered after me received multiple drinks first. Overall, the service felt disorganized and frustrating.
Rufused to give me my refund
Literally came here for hot water due to the ice storm. Waited in the drive through just to be told I have to make a purchase just to get hot water. I requested to speak with a manager and was denied. I requested the employees first name for store 5705 and was also denied.
