This is probably the worst coffee shop I've visited let alone Starbucks. I visited here at 9.20 yesterday morning, no double smoked breakfast sandwiches, no buttered croissants, and no brown or white sugar for coffees, and they're just the items I asked for. Between standing in line and receiving my order must have taken 15-20 minutes. Hence to say I won't be returning!
My husband and I had the worst experience at this Starbucks. We ordered two cappuccinos and had to wait more than 25 minutes for our drinks. On top of that, the cashier treated us very poorly and was very rude to us. We also noticed her making comments with her coworkers about Hispanic people, which made us feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome.
