I love how happy and welcoming the employees are
I ordered a venti with 1 tea bag. The scalding hot water was to the brim and had two bags. One bag is enough for a full pot of tea! And scalding water ruins the flavor. When I repeatedly tried to ask one of the staff (standing 3 feet away) for ice she completely ignored me. Another member finally covered for her and gave me the ice. I know tea isn’t a Starbucks thing but if you’re going to sell it learn to do it right.
Took 40 minutes to get two drinks with a mobile order ahead order.. and not to mention the staff was rude as hell, and paid for venti’s and made a grande.. when we politely asked for it to be remade got stank attitude. Forgot the cinnamon and topping we asked for and got smart but we paid for it.. so why get mad?
Great service , great time! On a hot day, i needed something cold. We went for frappucinos. Took our time to cool down. Very clean. Staff smiling! Few tables to sit.
