This was the worst experience I have ever had in any coffee store ever! I will never visit this store again. I visited this store 1-24-25 around 1-110p and there was a lengthy line, nothing new there so I decided to wait. While standing in line a lady comes up to interrupt the line to inform staff there is no soap or paper towels in the bathroom and staff just said they were aware.
