I stopped in to pick up our drinks my gf ordered on her app. You tell me... is there something wrong in this pick? Their both supposed to be grande sizes. They gave her a tall size for the grande size she paid for. I didn't realize until I got in the car. She was pleasant about it. I on the other hand. When you purchase a size or food and don't receive it. What's that saying about the establishment.
I hate making reviews like this but when I got to the counter I was rushed to order when I just got there. And most of all I was really disappointed when the guy handed me my matcha and it was ALL foam except maybe 2oz of liquid? At other locations I have had this happen twice and both times took it back and they remade it the proper way. I didn't have the time nor the energy to even take it back this time. Wasted $7 on foam. Please don't waste your time or money on this location.
Had a good iced coffee, wrong size that I requested. Terrible guest experience. Lady at the counter had a sharp attitude the first time I was there so I didnt want to go up to fight with her about the size and when I went back for a refill she had just come back and scoffed at me when I asked if they do that at this location.
