El servicio es repugnante pedi una bebida online para recoger le pedí a la chica que estaba en la tienda que por favor me diera sobre de azúcar me miró con cara de asco y luego me preguntó 4 veces de forma repetida y con tono de voz alto que de que tipo quería el azúcar es la peor atención que he visto en mi vida realmente repugnante, es una vergüenza que allá trabajadores así atendiendo al público, esto sucedió miercoles 04 septiembre 2024 16:30 pm. Ordered online, went in and the lady said my drink wouldn’t be ready for 20min. Store completely empty and she go their late. No cool Starbucks
The barista who served up my drink was not particularly customer-friendly, but he served up a delicious iced chai latte. It was balanced, flavorful and deliciously sweet like I prefer my human associates. As far as the atmosphere, I could smell the male restroom located right around the corner from the counter and it was atrocious. I opened one of the two restrooms and indeed I needed to wash my hands just from the smell that came out of that restroom. This woman in the photo is the rudest, most arrogant, disgusting person I have ever met in a customer service role. She never greeted us when we got to to the till, she never looked at us, she was playing on her phone, when I asked her if there was a problem and is she going to serve us, she responded with, 'I don't care, you're white', we turned around and walked out.... so either Starbucks and Kroger support this behaviour and attitude, or she's a bad apple and still had a job somehow?
