The young man at the register, Josh, was the friendliest person I have ever encountered in retail! Made a stressful morning better! Give that man a raise! Coffee was excellent too so shout out to the Baristas! Highly recommend this location!
I love this Starbucks. This is by far my fave one to stop at and there’s four different Starbies on my commute. The staff is kind, patient, and attentive. If I’m having a crummy morning, I know I can pop in for an iced matcha and just the vibes and attitude of the staff snaps me back into shape. Plus the drinks are SO consistent. The customer service is trash they always and I mean always have to remake my drink, the bathrooms are always dirty they will hand you a drink full of milk, or whatever on the cup no napkins ..I've tried to give them several opportunities because it's literally 3 min from my home but I rather ride to Crofton.
The lid wasn’t on secure n my drink spilled all on me n after I told her three times what I wanted and my drink was wrong smh
I think this place earn a 5/5 because of the 2 older female employees( not sure of their names) they're sooooo fast and always make the drinks right!!. Each one is equivalent to like 3 employees working 😅. Their customer service is excellent! Without them, this place is 👎.
