The employees are very friendly and nice however if you have a mobile order you should order 45 minutes before leaving the house. They are extremely slow like super duper slow. I live off of Douglas so i always order while I’m in the shower and when i get to the store my order still isn’t ready. They definitely have to work on speed.
I seriously don’t like to write bad reviews because as someone who works in customer service, I understand the stress. However, I’m in my car now writing this because I feel so disrespected by this staff it’s insane. I get Starbucks is very, very busy and customers can be extremely rude. So because I know that I always am patient and kind to the staff at any Starbucks. This location's baristas need to work on their listening skills. I ordered a strawberry mango energy refresher, light ice, no inclusions at the register. The barista punched in a mango dragonfruit energy refresher, light ice, no inclusions. I asked for the mistake to be corrected at the handoff and I received a strawberry açaí energy refresher, regular ice, no inclusions.
