I asked for a hot black drip coffee the lady in the drive thru said “iced coffee?” I said no drip coffee - she said “we don’t have that” and I said a hot coffee she said to pull around. She gave me hot coffee with a double lid and the lid wasn’t on all the way and it spilt all down my hand and didn’t apologize or refill my cup. — Zero hospitality and lack of basic barista education. Won’t be going back.
Everyone here is always so friendly and efficient. My go-to Starbucks!
