I got to Starbucks about 5:00 a.m. I stood at the counter for 6 minutes as they were too busy to take my order I went to the restroom I use the restroom I came out and they were talking on their walkie talkies to each other joking for 5 minutes I stood at the front counter no one came and took my order I go there every single day
This location consistently messes up coffee orders and is either understaffed or unable to keep up with demand. It’s rare to get your coffee orders correct and made well rather than watered down or with incorrect ingredients. Other locations can typically get orders done in 7-8 minutes, whereas this location has taken as long as 20 minutes, where my wife and I are sitting out in the car wondering if they forgot about us. Madison was so friendly and made the best coffee i’ve ever had!!!! I’ll never forget her!!!
Stopped by with a few friends an hour before closing and apparently that was our first offense. From the start, we were treated like a complete inconvenience. We all know the situation-When you walk in and it's abundantly clear you are in the way of the staff closing early. A few minutes before close, my 20-week pregnant friend, who had a 2 Hour drive home, couldn't get the restroom door open and asked for help.
