Tried to order a hot mocha today and the man who took the order claimed that didn’t exist?? I specified a regular mocha, not a white mocha and he acted like that wasn’t real, when I order that every time I go to any Starbucks location. When he gave me my order it was an iced mocha. I reminded him I wanted a hot mocha and he didn’t want to remake it. Very poor customer service. Won’t be using this location again.
Weird Starbucks
Very disappointed in this particular location. I rarely take part of Veterans day specials. Even though I retired with 20+ years of service. This location does not participate in Veteran's day like most Starbucks. I did purchase a drink while I was there. Drink is good.
I received excellent customer service today from Anna! She made my wife’s day by creating a latte that wasn’t quite on the menu just yet. ;) Thank you Anna and Starbucks!
