Not sure why this location hasn’t been listed as “closed” yet but it shut down a few months ago. It used to be the kiosk in the food court that is now operated by “Gregory’s” coffee. When the Starbucks WAS open it was the worst Starbucks in existence. Orders were always wrong, took forever, and the baristas absolutely did not give a crap about the customer. This Starbucks does not exist. Parked where maps directed. Walked inside where maps directed. Went to the directory in the hallway. Starbucks was not listed anywhere on the directory. Walked into the jewelry store next to the directory and asked the two people behind the counter if there was a Starbucks in the mall. The answer was "no." Regardless if there actually *is* a Starbucks hidden in a crevice somewhere deep in Opry Mills, this is massive failure on the parts of both Google Maps and Opry Mills.
Very Poor Customer Service From The Manager. POOR ATTITUDE. Will Never Be Coming Back To This Starbucks...
Constantly only staffed with one barista and they refuse to take orders in person. No other Starbucks in town has an issue with staffing but this location. Poor management.
Staff are rude and very lazy, they don’t even smile and it took me 15 mins to just to get a simple order of coffee and Banana loaf
