Absolutely terrible. I’ve come here a few times with my mother in law and the first time they did not make my cold brew right and the second time the lady with the black ponytail was very rude and sighed when I asked a question about a new drink I was willing to get over it because she works fast food/drink okay. But then I found a long curly back hair at the end of my straw. I feel like it was targeted towards us and I threw the entire drink away.
