usually good, but i went at 2 pm when the cafe should’ve been open and there was no one there and the lights were off. no holiday, no sign, no updates.
Unlike other location, these crews are not pleasant to say the least. I was among 8 people that put the order and everyone got their order except me. They all left and im still waiting. When i ask , the answer it will be out without any checking and give me an attitude. I am not a person who do review but I just feel that this location need some serious customer services training.
It was 7:45pm and they told me they were close and didn’t want to give me service!
Entire container is ice. I probably had about 5-6 good sips.
They are always out of things. Employees aren't rude but they not friendly either. They honestly should've shut this Starbucks down instead of the one they used to have beside buffalo wild wings on the other side of the mall.
