Incompetent owner who fails to manage employees. Most casual and nonchalant baristas I’ve ever seen. Terrible experience as a customer. Explains why locals avoid this one.
Used to frequent this SB and a huge fan of drinks. It's been getting worse and worse to a point I do not get espresso anymore, but get cheapest coffee when I need to hang out. I had a hope the new CEO would make changes to a better side. I do not care about LGBTQ, or restroom policy, but was hoping drinks get back to what they used to be. Servers were so nice. I think this was the only time I wanted to give them a tip. I went two days in a row and she remembered me and my order. The first day the server was so nice and I wanted to tip her but she reached over the screen to click no tip. This was easily the best Starbucks I have been to.
