For starters, I would like to voice that water should be accessible to everyone for free. It is a basic human necessity that no one can control. For them to charge for water is absurd and unacceptable. Not only this, but also kicking us out of the other half of the building is upsetting. This location does not close until 7pm. They charge $5 dollars for a slice of bread and water. Ridiculous. If I could give this location zero stars, I would.

Staff is just so great at ignoring you when you're waiting in line. They literally have to get their dose of gossip conversation first before you can even be helped. Happens more times than not. If you order a cup of water, you get an OK without a single eye contact and get shoo'd out like you're a fly. If you order something else, expect a whole bunch of water in your drink. Can't even make a single cup of hot chocolate!!

I order online to avoid the line at peak hours. No complaints about my drink and they’re quick to make it too.

Good quality, arguably better than most Starbucks around the area, the only issue is service during busy hours, but otherwise a good place to grab a coffee.
