I came in around 40 minutes before my class and saw that there were around 20-30 people before me a few minutes after placing a mobile. I figured it was going to take a long time so I set around 20 minutes to wait. The baristas here managed to finish it in 8, which was really good considering how much they were having to juggle. God bless them for dealing with the constant rush to make us happy 🙏
Best matcha frappe I have ever gotten at a Starbucks. I placed a mobile order for one blended drink, one white mocha and one jalapeño pocket and it was all made in under eight minutes. I placed a mobile order too!
95% ice on my venti order and 5% coffee what a scam. This was 3 sips in btw.
Long wait but good
Quite disappointed and upset. It took 30 minutes to make my order which was literally just a sandwich and pumpkin cream cold brew (no add ons). I get wanting to talk with your coworkers and have fun, but come on, at least put your focus towards making the drink instead of trying to hold a productive conversation. They were probably putting out two drinks every 5-10 minutes. Not only that, but there were multiple instances of them just standing there and not doing anything at all.
