Long wait but good
Quite disappointed and upset. It took 30 minutes to make my order which was literally just a sandwich and pumpkin cream cold brew (no add ons). I get wanting to talk with your coworkers and have fun, but come on, at least put your focus towards making the drink instead of trying to hold a productive conversation. They were probably putting out two drinks every 5-10 minutes. Not only that, but there were multiple instances of them just standing there and not doing anything at all. The manager yelled at me a month ago because I asked for a refund on my burnt coffee. He tried to mansplain coffee to me, saying that I didn’t know the difference between ice coffee and cold brew. He was definitely on a power trip. In the past I have also heard him yell terribly at his staff. I saw previous reviews and it seems like he regularly yells at his customers/staff a lot. I can’t believe CSUF hasn’t removed his store. Hopefully he sees this review so he knows he’s an insecure jerk.
The manager was treating people horribly. This guy does not belong in customer service. He was literally yelling at a girl this morning at 8:30am. I'm a frequent customer at Starbucks and seek out Starbucks wherever I go but I will not being doing that anymore. I've never seen that kind of behavior from a Starbucks employee. Horrible customer service: literally overhead manager screaming at a young girl customer who looked like she was about to cry, the drinks took forever to come out, and was a horrible start to my day in general. The girls who worked there were nice, but hopefully this gets noticed so the manager doesn’t do this again to more people.
