You obviously are waiting on the cars outside for you to get your order timely so not only did I wait 15 minutes in the store to get the order, but it was sitting there on the shelf without a name and it was no longer hot

This was the friendliest Starbucks I have ever been too.
I just want to say thank you to all the employees at the foothill location. They are amazing and treat me so well. Calling them an example on customer service feels like its not enough to describe them. They go above and beyond every time. I get recognized by name and they always have a smile just as refreshing as the drinks they make. I hope everyone gets credit for everything they do and for being great people doing a job well done every day. Thank you ;) I appreciate you all.
