Sign reads open at 5am. Show up at 5:30, doors are unlocked, walk in, and get told they really aren’t open and ask me to leave.
i try not to write negative reviews unless they can hopefully improve the standards of the place i am reviewing, but this location has not been great. When you ask for “extra” of something its almost as if they go out of their way to put the smallest amount possible (caramel for example) even after calling the place to make sure my drink got enough caramel, and I hope you’re not expecting a straw either. They forget sriracha over half the time too. Hoping they start going the extra mile for their customers
Is it Starbucks’ new way of saving money is to not make straws available? I don’t know. What I do know is I ordered a beverage that needed a straw in the drive thru. I didn’t get a straw. No biggie. I park and walk in. No straws where they once used to exist for customers to just grab. I went to the counter. Not busy at all. Five employees. One working the drive thru. One making drinks.
